Some Synoet pieces may be offered for preorder before they are ready to dispatch.

Preorders are charged in full at checkout. The expected dispatch period is shown on the relevant product page before purchase and confirmed with your order.

Non personalized preorders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Client Services. If cancelled before dispatch, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the expected dispatch timing changes materially, we will contact you with the revised timing and give you the option to continue waiting or cancel the affected preorder for a full refund.

Once delivered, eligible preorder pieces are covered by our standard 30 day return policy.
